- Jesus used the hard times of life as an opportunity to trust God, not question God.
- There is nothing you can say to bring someone to God. And if God is after them, there's nothing you can say to dissuade them.
- Two words that are far too often missing from our prayers is "thank you".
- You can't study yourself into praying, you can't guilt yourself into praying, you can only pray yourself into praying.
